No Mans Land Fort is a privately owned luxurious island sea fortress in the middle of the Solent between Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Originally a line of defence against enemy attacks on the Solent and Portsmouth in the war; the arms, the cannonballs and ammunition have long gone to make way for one of the most luxurious and exclusive hotel venues in the UK.

The fort has lovingly been transformed leaving some of the original features giving you the history of the past, combined with the modern technologies of today. As your boat nears the fort gantry you are bound to be impressed at the sheer size and scale of this amazing venue. Your first impressions will stay with you as you step on board this dramatic monument that rises out of the seabed in all it's glory. Boasting 22 - 23 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, two roof terrace hot tubs, spa treatment rooms, fort pub, below decks Lazer Quest, snooker and pool rooms and little quirky areas to just sit and take in where you are. The list of opportunities are endless on board and you really do have to see it to believe it. One thing you will believe though is you are going to have the coolest time ever! 

The luxurious suites are quite frankly enormous and all are individually styled in their own quirky way. Each suite has a queen bed but also a double day bed therefore you can accommodate up to 44 guests in twin occupancy. No Man's Land Fort is so unique and quite surreal as you are dining on the roof or toasting marshmallows with rum infused hot chocolates around the fire pit and watching boats cruise by! Or if you are feeling like taking a dip you can sit in one of the two hot tubs on the roof under the stars!

  • Super easy to get too with the nearest train station into Portsmouth harbour just a 5 minute walk from the departure lounge
  • Nearest airport is Southampton  - 35 minutes away
  • Scheduled transfer boats leave Gun Wharf Quays to the fort. Or private transfers earlier are available at an extra cost
  • Car parking is available at Gun Wharf quays. This is pay parking
  • 22 Luxury suites. One suite can be split into an extra room if needed
  • Luxury spa treatment rooms, nail bar
  • Tour of the fort with the history of the forts - We love this and highly recommend attending

We were blown away at the fort and our stay there. I heard it was somewhere you had to go and so right. The fort, the food and the team event were leagues ahead of what we had done in the past.
