Every summer we organise a 4 day training conference for a long standing client of ours. They have hundreds of attendees, which involves exclusive buy out of venues. Each year we organise a day of fantastic team building fun for everyone to partake in. We tailor the event to suit the group size and the venue we are at. In July 2023 the conference was held at Cotswold Water Park. This beautiful venue looks out onto their stunning lakes. This venue provided the perfect setting for one of our favourite team events - Dragon Boat Racing! With nearly 200 guests, this event was ideal as it's fun, inclusive, and generates fantastic team spirit

The client brief was that this event was to coincide with their big company push to raise funds for their charity of choice. The fantastic thing about Dragon Boat Racing is that it is incredibly inclusive and a great spectator sport. Teams all competed in different head to head heats on the water to whittle down the top teams for the big finals! The guests all wore their team shirts with the charity logo on it which generated fantastic marketing shots that could be used to help boost more charitable funds. Those teams who weren't on the water at the time took part in other fun challenges on the river bank. The team atmosphere at this event was buzzing, with the high energy levels spreading infectiously amongst all those taking part and those watching the event.
