We do love a bit of notice to give optimum time to get your event planned to perfection. Some major sporting hospitality events sell out pretty quickly so get your event booked early to avoid disappointment. For some events we take bookings a year in advance, however if you decide last minute you wish to attend an event we will work our magic and get the day planned for you.
If it's raining on your event generally that won't stop play. If the event is postponed by the organisers your hospitality package is typically rescheduled.
We require your final guest numbers ideally at least 14 days before your event to confirm catering numbers and any dietary requirements. guest names should be submitted 7 days before the event. If you have any last minute changes we will do our best to accommodate adjustments.
Absolutely yes we do. We also receive special agent rates at hotels and venues globally and give you our direct rates, often saving you hundreds of pounds. Let us do the time consuming work of getting through to the right person.
A dress code will vary depending on the venue and event type. For Horse Racing events a smart / formal attire is required with some enclosures requiring suits and formal wear for women. Sailing events at Cowes week require a casual look with non marking soft soled shoes and for Polo Events can be a pretty women or casual vibe. We will provide specific dress code information for each event booked.
