As event professionals our team at Seriously Cool Events understand that catering and drinks are a vital part of your day and we go the extra nautical mile to ensure that catering and drinks packages are above your expectations with all dietary requirements catered for. Our philosophy is simple. We only provide premium levels with gourmet treats, fine quality drinks and even chocolate brownies that came out of the oven by an artisan baker the morning of your event. They are good! We use a preferred local caterer, using local produce that is prepared with love and care as well as taste.

So rumour has it that with the bicentenary celebrations the festival atmosphere and party vibe at Cowes week is going to be another level and certainly an event you won't want to miss. For the 200 year celebrations expect the return of the iconic RAF Red Arrows, live music and the end of this significant regatta with a huge fireworks display. No, you don't need to bring sailing waterproofs as we supply high quality wet weather gear on all sailing yachts. We do suggest you bring a warm and waterproof jacket though and come prepared for the weather conditions on the day. We also provide auto inflation lifejackets.
Whilst we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests on the water, the potential for seasickness is dependent on the individual sensitivity and the sea conditions on the day. We know all the tricks of the trade though to help those who may feel a little queasy. For those who think they may suffer from seasickness we recommend buy over the counter remedies.
Absolutely not. Your corporate hospitality day at Cowes week is designed to be exclusive, luxurious and completely enjoyable for everyone. If you want to learn the ropes and get involved our professional crew will guide you through what to do whether you are a complete novice or seasoned sailor. For powerboats then take the helm and enjoy driving multi million pound boats for the ultimate experience.
Yes you can. There is a visitors pontoon close to the Royal Yacht Squadron for visitor use. This is subject to availability and the conditions on the day. Alternatively if there is room in the marina we can pre book a berth at cost. Or as a third option there is the Cowes water taxi which runs all day long up and down the river Medina. Cowes has an incredible festival vibe and certainly worth a visit.
We run our sailing hospitality and powerboat hospitality events from many marina locations across the Solent including Lymington, Southampton, Hamble, Portsmouth and Gosport. If you want to re locate a boat from it's home berth this is also possible subject to additional costs.
We always cater for all dietary requirements. Our on board catering is exceptional and restaurants always will accommodate your needs.
