In apprentice style participants create an ice cream brand, company and take their team to sweet success by making the actual ice cream! This team activity is where everyone gets stuck in and enjoys a totally selfless event where the ice cream just slips down your throats without feeling guilty.

WILL YOUR TEAM CREATE THE COOLEST FLAVOUR OF THE YEAR OR WILL IT MELT INTO NOTHING?

With the Ice Cream creation there is of course a competitive element thrown into this culinary challenge.  Working as teams you must name your ice cream company with something pretty catchy, design the bang on trend company logo and create your own range of  delectable ice creams that are going to join the world most recognised delights we find in the freezer. Can your team create the next ice cream sensation or will it just flop to the floor and melt into oblivion! Think Heston's bacon and egg creation here.

To achieve all this participants are given the largest selection of toppings, flavours, ingredients, sugary treats, chocolates and some other random options to throw into the mix. In fact, some ingredients may just be slightly adventurous so will you gamble on these or just stick to the sweet sensations? Teams are of course judged on taste, design, overall look, company name, company branding, advert and your innovation to mix it up a bit.

After a tasting session (well we do get the perks of the job) each team will present their sales pitch to our team of judges, where the winning team will then be revealed. Prizes are given to the winning team and you then get the chance to indulge in all your creations.
